Vom 30.05 2013 bis 2.06.2013 finden in der BDB-Musikakademie die Schwarzwälder Horntage 2013 statt. Mit Meisterkursen, Workshops und Konzerten bieten Prof. Peter Arnold und Dr. Philipp Ahner mit einem großen Dozententeam ein breites Angebot für Waldhornisten – vom Anfänger bis zum angehenden Profi.

The Norddeutsche Horntage will take place for the 3rd time from 9 to 13 September 2013. This master class offers conservatory students and pupils the possibility to work together with renowned professors and teachers in a relaxed environment, in which they can further develop their skills, and receive advice and motivation for their continued studies, as well as interact with other course participants.

Bereits seit 1997 veranstaltet die Horngruppe Obwalden das internationale Hornfestival, welches alle 2 Jahre über Christi Himmelfahrt in Sarnen (Schweiz) stattfindet. Der Anlass hat sich dank den weltberühmten Dozenten und Solisten und der hohen Qualität inzwischen weit über die Landesgrenzen hinaus einen Namen gemacht und hat einen festen Platz in der Agenda vieler europäischer Hornisten.
